Wesley Bryan remains atop the leaderboard at the Honda Classic, this time tied with Ryan Palmer. Bryan jumped right out of the gate, making birdies on his first three holes. Bryan played his next 15 holes at even par, with two birdies and two bogeys, and finished the day at 3-under, and -9 for the tournament. Ryan Palmer made 7 birdies, including three in a row on his 5-under round, which also moved him to -9. Rickie Fowler is in solo 3rd at -8 after a 4-under round which included 6 birdies, with two coming at the 15th & 17th holes, the par 3 holes in the “Bear Trap”. Anirban Lahiri is in solo 4th at -7 after a 2-under 68. The cut came in at even par, with Justin Thomas, Ernie Els, and Thomas Pieters among those not staying around for the weekend.
