This week, the PGA Tour heads to Scottsdale, for the Waste Management Phoenix Open, which is always one of the most exciting non-major tournaments of the year. Last year, Rickie Fowler had a 2 stroke lead with two hole to play, before finding water on the 17th hole, ended up tied with Hideki Matsuyama, and went into a playoff. The 4-hole sudden death playoff ended when Fowler again found water on 17.
